SCHEDULE A MEETING
We want to get to know you! If you’re in the Newark or surrounding area, we’ll meet at a cozy coffee shop to discuss you, your wedding day vision, design ideas and visual preferences. This helps us know where to start with our designs.
Not local? No biggie! We work with clients from all over the country. Instead of a chatting over coffee, we'll chat over the phone or email to discuss the same things!
PRICING QUOTE AND APPROVAL
At our meeting, you will receive a pricing quote based on the items we talked about. This will be emailed to you, in case you need to discuss it with anyone else prior to moving forward. Once this quote is approved by you, you will receive an invoice for a $100 deposit. This is non-refundable and is applied towards your overall total cost. The remaining balance isn't due until your order is complete. Once a deposit is received, we will begin designing and ordering any necessary stock or materials.
FIRST ROUND OF PROOFS
Your first round of proofs will include three design options for save the date and invitation orders and one design option for day-of components. These three options will be sent via email as a PDF. They are unique from one another, but will all fall into your desired style and colors. Take your time looking over these options and shoot us an email back with your preferred design and any changes you have!
THREE ROUNDS OF REVISIONS
Over the next couple of weeks or so, we will receive your feedback on the proofs and continue to revise until perfected to a single, completed design. You are able to make three rounds of changes in total. Additional rounds of changes incur a fee of $25 per round.
Once the final digital design is approved, we will print a hard proof, which is a physical copy of your invitation suite for you to keep. This can either be mailed to you or we can schedule a time to meet and exchange it. This is designed for you to be able to look over the design in person to make sure the paper stock and colors are to your liking. Once this copy is approved, we will move on to the final step in the process.
PRINT AND ASSEMBLY
Once approval of the hard proof is received, we will begin printing and assembling your final invitation suite. If we are applying the postage and mailing them, you will receive your final invoice prior to the invitations being taken to the post office. If you are stuffing and sealing them yourself, we will package everything up nicely for you to take it from there. We will send your final invoice prior to you picking up your order!
